The phone for Sweet Tea Grille used to ring off the hook every morning with customers calling to find out their daily specials, find out what hours they would be open and to place orders. The staff was spending a lot of time answering the phone and responding to the same questions over and over. 

Now, with Coastal Voice, they have a bright and cheery recording that greets callers and gives them the option to hear daily specials, hours, or to place an order. The staff has fewer calls to answer and when the phone does ring, it is usually a customer who is ready to place an order. 

“We love our new phone system from Coastal Voice. We used to spend so much time on the phone telling people our daily specials and hours, and now when they call, they are ready to order. 

It has made things so much easier. It allows us to handle customer questions so much better. My personal favourite is the daily specials. We used to have to repeat them 20-3- times a day, now change the recording once. And, it has considerably cut down on our phone ringing. Most of the calls we used to get every morning were just people asking for hours or specials.”
